II. The main task
a) Activities to support victims:
- Participate in building and well organizing NBY's activities. Strictly obey the assignment of the Center
- Proactively collect information and develop monitoring plan to support NTT according to the process
- Effective psychological and legal victim assistance, vocational and vocational training assistance, homecare monitoring, and responsibility for planning
- Work closely with housekeepers, guardians and other social workers to implement well the support plan for temporary residents
- Import victim support process into case management software
- Receive and support customer consultation via hotline
- Organizing activities to support NTT, entertainment activities
- Explore psychotherapy and psychotherapy methods
b) Activities to build partner networks
c) Other activities
- Assist in maintaining and developing self-help group activities
- House management support in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and related thematic reports
- Encourage women and children to learn to create products to raise funds for the activities of the Binh Yen House
- Guide officers and volunteers in reaching and supporting victims.
III. Requirements
Female, graduated from university, majoring in social work. Understand the consultation process, case management, and ethical principles of the social work industry
