Fundraising for peace

CWD focuses on providing social support services for Vietnamese women, with priorities on the Union's officials, veteran revolutionary cadres, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, exemplary women, vulnerable women, women who experience gender-based violence and human trafficking, disabled women, and women with disadvantaged backgrounds.
TARGET CLIENTS

CWD focuses on providing social support services to Vietnamese women, with priorities for the Union's officials, veteran revolutionary cadres, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, exemplary women, vulnerable women, women who experience gender-based violence and human trafficking, disabled women, and women with disadvantaged backgrounds.

CWD also provides hospitality services to enterprises, organizations and individuals.

FUND RAISING

CWD implements innovative, humanitarian, and effective fundraising channels to diversify financial sources for social activities and thereby provide more services to disadvantaged women and children (especially those who experience human trafficking and gender-based violence). Besides, CWD accepts donations in the following forms:

  • Household items and clothes that are still usable. Most items are firstly used to support the daily activities of women and children at Peace House Shelters and given to returnees to prepare for their reintegration, while the rest will be sold at the charity shop (Peace Shop) at 20 Thuy Khue, Hanoi or fairs/gala sale events.
  • People can also join hands to donate financially for women and children who experience domestic violence and human trafficking at Peace House Shelter through the Peace House Shelters' account:
